Offerings

Mentorship

1-2 1 and group mentoring program guiding you through a self-development journey. Includes exploration of the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual pillars, masculine empowerment; trauma release work; and a deep dive into the King, Warrior, Magician and Lover archetypes.

Brotherhood

Regular men's circles that are a place of strength, safety and non-judgement; where you can share openly, be heard and witnessed in your truth. Connect with like-minded men and your authentic self as you honour the masculine, laugh, play and discover the true power of brotherhood.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life but you will call it fate.” - Jung

Inner Child Work

Inner child work is one of the core pillars of this work,  forming the foundation for deep emotional healing and transformation. Many of the behaviours, beliefs, and patterns that hold men back today stem from unmet needs, emotional wounds, or protective mechanisms formed in childhood.

By meeting the inner child with presence, compassion, and accountability, men learn to reparent themselves, access vulnerability without shame, and unlock a deeper sense of self-worth.

Enabling men to step into their power with clarity,  emotional integrity,  and laying the foundation to embody the mature masculine archetypes in a grounded, authentic way.

“In every adult there lurks a child— an eternal child, something that is always becoming, is never completed, and calls for unceasing care, attention, and education. That is the part of the personality which wants to develop and become whole.” Jung

The Archetypes

The male archetypes originate from the work of Jungian psychology and provide  an understanding of the mature masculine psyche and its path to balanced, integrated manhood.

The King

Represents leadership, vision, and order. He brings stability, purpose, and grace, creating space for others to thrive. In shadow, he becomes the tyrant or the weakling—controlling, insecure, or absent in his power.

The Warrior

Embodies discipline, courage, and purposeful action. He defends what matters and moves forward with clarity and strength. His shadow shows up as the sadist—aggressive and ruthless—or the masochist, suppressing his own needs and power.

The Magician

The archetype of insight, knowledge, and transformation. He guides with wisdom and understands hidden truths. In shadow, he becomes the manipulator—using knowledge for control—or the detached trickster, withholding truth.

The Lover

The Lover is passionate, sensual, and deeply connected to beauty and emotion. He brings depth, intimacy, and creativity. His shadow emerges as the addict—overindulgent, needy, or consumed by pleasure—or the impotent, disconnected and numb.
